General FAQs

  • How much do your services cost?

Our initial assessment and Telecoms Healthcheck are absolutely free of charge.

From this we tailor a package that is designed to save your business money.

If we cannot help you reduce your costs there are no charges.

  • We are currently under contract can we have a review?

If your contract is not yet due we can see where savings can be made and contact you again nearer renewal time to put everything in place.

In some circumstances your current contract can be bought out and we can help with this if the savings are substantial and it makes financial sense for your business.

  • How does your billing work?

There are different billing methods for mobiles, landlines and other products and services. Mobiles are billed direct by the network concerned, other services are billed by invoice with recurring payments made by DDM.

Business Mobiles

  • Can we have new handsets if we sign up with you?

Yes, new handsets are available. We can advise you on the best handsets for your particular usage including BlackBerry and SmartPhones for a complete mobile office solution or more rugged handsets where they are likely to take a few knocks during the course of your work.

  • I only want one mobile phone handset, can you help?

Absolutely. No business is too small or too large for our services.

  • Are you independent?

Yes. We are not tied to one network and can therefore give you the best advice on the options avaiable to you.

  • I need to retain my existing number/s, is this possible?

Yes, this is possible in the majority of cases. We can help with the transfer of numbers for you and ensure as smooth a transition to your new contract as possible.

  • I need email and internet on the move, can you help?

Yes, we can provide SmartPhones that can achieve this or alternatively a mobile broadband solution for your laptop.

  • Do you provide hands-free kits?

We have a range of options that allow you to go hands-free whilst in your car. We can supply and fit all of the hardware you need and explain how it all works.

  • Can I change my contract mid-term?

If you are looking to upgrade to a higher tariff this is not usually a problem. If you are looking to downgrade to a lower tariff there are terms and conditions which differ between the networks and we can explain all of the options to you depending on your current contract.

  • What is push email?
