Warranty repairs

Your phone can be repaired under warranty if:

• It is under 2 years old
• It has not been wet
• It has not been severely dropped or damaged
• It does not have a damaged screen
• It has not been imported from outside the EU
• It has not been barred by the network (reported lost or stolen)
• The software on the phone has not been altered (eg. unlocking)
• The phone has not been taken apart by a non-warranty centre in the past
