Dealer 21C Telecom has won a three-year contract to manage restaurant chain TGI Fridays’ communications infrastructure.
21C Telecom has completed the implementation of a fully converged solution to the 50 nationwide sites of restaurant chain TGI Fridays as part of a three-year contract.
21C is providing 500 fixed lines, IP PBX installation, co-location set-up, ethernet provision, Exchange server migration and provision, PBX installation and Wi-Fi configuration across the estate. It is also providing migration of all fixed lines and fixed line calls, non-geographic number provisioning and reporting, migration of mobile account with BlackBerry Express installation and on-site store engineering.
The B2B dealer said that it had delivered this solution demonstrating its market differential with significant support from IT services partner Foehn, Gamma Telecom and Griffin Internet.
21C Telecom managing director Richard Hunt said: “This contract was won despite fierce competition from rival networks and solutions companies. The flexibility and overall product portfolio of 21C Telecom was the deciding factor and that has proven to be right due to the high level of success we’ve had with this contract thus far. We’re certainly looking to sign more contracts similar to this one in the coming months.”
