Telephone call recording

All businesses need to keep records of telephone calls, both incoming and outgoing, for a variety of reasons. For instance if a dispute arises with a customer.

Whilst handwritten paper notes and hastily typed computer notes can convey the gist of a phone call they do not record 100% of what has been said, and indeed the manner in which it is being said.

It may be that the words that are missing from the notes are actually the important ones when a dispute arises. Recording your telephone calls alleviates this problem.

We offer telephone call recording software and hardware to enable your business to record its calls and can also help with storage and recall. This is available for landline systems now and will soon include mobile phone handsets too.

Many regulatory bodies now insist that their members record all of their phone calls. Even if this does not yet apply to your business think of the advantages a recorded call system could have for you.
