These 090 numbers can cost upwards of £5 for a ten minute call. At least a minute of this is likely to be navigating your way through an automated menu before you can even speak to a real person. The report found that waiting times average between 1.5 and 8 minutes, depending on the company involved. A third of broadband users stated that they were unhappy with the technical support.
