What happens if I have a problem with my landline?
From time to time problems do occur. As a business it is imperative that they are resolved quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Landline problems can generally be broken down into two types:
- Hardware problems (telephone system/handsets)
- Line faults
Using 21c Telecom to supply your lines does not mean you receive an inferior service, quite the opposite. BT are obliged to repair problems for other providers quickly and cannot give their own customers priority.
When a hardware fault is causing problems we have our own in-house team of engineers who can quickly fix problems with telephone systems and handsets.
In the first instance it may not be immediately apparent which fault is occuring. You just know that your telephones aren't working as they should be (or not at all).
At this point one call to us (via a mobile if your service is down), speaking to our dedicated landline team, can often clear up the problem and we can investigate issues online via our dedicated landline software.
Remember, as well as supplying lines and systems we can also supply your calls at substantially lower rates than other operators. One quick call to us is all that is needed for your free quote.
