How does your billing work?

We have a range of telecoms services with different billing methods.

  • Business Mobile Phones

    Mobile phone contracts are taken out directly with the network and therefore all payments are made monthly to the network concerned. In the event of problems arising we are available to help you as your nominated dealer.

  • Business Landline Phones

    One-off items, such as the installation of a new telephone system, are billed by invoice. Recurring charges, such as monthly line rental and call charges, are billed monthly and usually paid by direct debit. There is a small admin charge for cheque payment.

  • Business Broadband

    Broadband is billed monthly and usually paid by direct debit. There is a small admin charge for cheque payment.
