What if your business broadband fails?

Most businesses now rely upon a data connection – without it they are unable to function properly, losing access to the internet, emails, payment machines, even their phone systems. Ask yourself the question: What would you do if your broadband fails?

Do you have a backup plan? Even if your broadband is down for just a few hours it could be costing your business a lot of money. Can you afford NOT to have a contingency in place?

Standard ADSL business broadband is fairly reliable, but it can never be guaranteed 100%. Line faults happen, and if they do you could be days without a standard connection whilst the problem is sorted out.

The simplest means of getting back online is via mobile broadband. If you are a single user with one computer and have a mobile broadband connection you can plug it into your computer and get working again.

For premises with multiple computers you can have a router with a USB connection. When you lose the standard feed you plug your mobile broadband directly into the router and get your business back online. In fact you can leave your mobile broadband plugged in permanently and the router will automatically failover to it when necessary meaning you can continue to work without even realising there has been a problem.

For larger businesses who rely completely upon their data connection we offer a range of data solutions to ensure there is less chance of a problem in the first place and that all bases are covered should the main data feed be broken.

Because 21c Telecom are a fully converged provider we can offer your business end-to-end solutions including data, failover and IT support. All of these can be brought together into a single package which is cost effective and improves reliability and productivity.

From a single user through to multi-site national companies we provide a full range of telecoms and data services. Got an existing problem that needs resolving but don’t know where to turn? Get in touch with us for the answer.
